Jacqueline Hooper is a Principal Consultant in the Dubai office of Rouse, an IP services business focused on emerging markets. She has advised internal business teams extensively on the identification, capture, management and exploitation of intellectual property assets and now works closely with Sara Holder to develop Rouse's IP Strategy and Innovation and IP Asset Strategy consultancy services in the UAE.
