Soushiant Zanganehpour is an Iranian-Canadian social scientist and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of
Swae, a platform for crowdsourcing innovation and making inclusive decisions, powered by artificial intelligence. His career spans the fields of policy making, management consulting, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on businesses creating positive social and environmental impact. Prior to Swae, Soushiant was the Head of Strategy and Operations for the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at The University of Oxford in the United Kingdom, and he later founded Tribeca Impact Partners, an innovation and sustainability advisory firm helping organizations understand disruptions and build the capacity to innovate. He has been an advisor for and delivered high impact projects to Nike, Nespresso, Merck, Chivas Regal, The European Commission, and the governments of Dubai, India, and Kuwait.
