Sajan’s journey from Mumbai to Dubai epitomises resilience and ambition. Beginning with modest roots, he supported his family through hands-on business experience before establishing Danube as a small trading firm in building materials. His unwavering commitment to honesty and quality quickly earned the trust of contractors and suppliers, enabling rapid expansion during Dubai’s transformative growth years.
Under his guidance, Danube Properties has achieved significant milestones, including the complete sell-out of its flagship commercial tower, SHAHRUKHZ by Danube, valued at US$572 million. The project was unveiled in November in Mumbai and officially launched during a star-studded event at Expo City Dubai in December, where it was announced as sold out on the day of launch. Named in honour of Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan, the tower features more than 35 premium amenities, including a sky pool, executive lounges, valet services, and a dedicated helipad designed to accommodate future air taxi operations.
To date, Danube Properties has successfully launched 41 projects, delivering over 23,000 residential units. Among its notable accomplishments is the early completion of the Opalz project, finalised five months ahead of schedule in April 2025—reflecting the Group’s operational efficiency and commitment to timely delivery.
