Ajman Real Estate Transactions Reach AED10.8 Billion in First Half of 2026

Ajman recorded 6,815 real estate transactions worth more than AED10.8 billion during the first half of 2026, according to the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department.
Statistics published in the Ajman Real Estate Index showed that the emirate registered 5,435 property trading transactions during the six-month period, with a total value of AED7.64 billion.
Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, said the highest-value property sale reached AED215 million and was recorded in the Al Amera area.
The department also recorded 969 mortgage transactions with a combined value exceeding AED1.88 billion. The largest mortgage transaction, valued at AED123.5 million, was registered in the Liwara 1 area.
Al Muhairi said Ajman’s real estate market continued to record positive results during the first half of the year, reflecting the strength of the sector and the range of investment opportunities available across the emirate.
He added that the real estate sector continues to contribute to Ajman’s economic growth and supports the emirate’s position as an investment destination.
According to the department, Emirates City was the most actively traded real estate development during the first half of 2026, followed by City Towers and Ajman One.
Among neighborhoods, Al Helio 2 recorded the highest level of trading activity, followed by Al Helio 1 and Al Zahia.
