Dubai SME Teams Up with Noon Food to Boost Emirati-Owned F&B SMEs

Under the collaboration, noon Food will waive onboarding fees for Dubai SME members, implement a five-year commission structure, and provide marketing support to boost brand visibility.

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Dubai SME), part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, has partnered with UAE-based delivery platform noon Food to support Emirati-owned SMEs in the food and beverage sector.

Under a Memorandum of Understanding, noon Food will waive onboarding fees for participating Dubai SME members and introduce a five-year commission structure, starting at 10% in year one and rising to 20% by year five.

The delivery platform also committed to invest in marketing support, including advertising credits and visibility during seasonal campaigns.

“Dubai SME and noon have partnered to create new opportunities for Emirati F&B entrepreneurs by combining institutional support with digital platform scale,” Ahmad Al Room Almheiri, Acting CEO of Dubai SME, said. “This agreement delivers tangible advantages, from tailored commission rates to structured promotional investment, enabling our members to compete effectively and grow sustainably within the digital marketplace.”

Additional support includes onboarding assistance, operational guidance, account management, and monthly performance reporting.

Dubai SME will nominate eligible participants and help promote the program across its network.
