First Edition of Al Ain Future Business Forum Set for September 28-29

With the aim of driving investment and long-term economic growth in the Al Ain Region, the inaugural Al Ain Future Business Forum is set to take place September 28-29, 2026, at ADNEC Centre Al Ain.
Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Ain Region and organized by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), the forum will focus on talent development, research and development, higher education, agricultural technology, advanced manufacturing, smart transportation, renewable energy, and sustainable tourism.
“The launch of Al Ain Future Business Forum provides a suitable platform bringing relevant stakeholders together to discuss various topics and devise innovative strategies to drive growth, create jobs, and generate more opportunities,” H.E. Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of ADDED, said.
Under the theme “Invest, Develop, Thrive,” the forum will bring together government entities, private-sector companies, investors, and talent development institutions. Sessions will cover policies and infrastructure, access to capital, talent development, investment opportunities, and strategies to support economic diversification.
The forum will also address labor market requirements and ways to align talent development with business demand. Other discussions will examine Al Ain’s role in research and development and opportunities to support domestic and foreign direct investment in key sectors.
The event is being organized in collaboration with key government and private sector entities, including the Department of Municipalities and Transport, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD Group).
