Randa Sadik is the CEO of Arab Bank, a position she has held since 2022, after serving as Deputy CEO since 2010. Prior to joining Arab Bank, she spent 24 years at National Bank of Kuwait, where she held leadership roles including General Manager of the International Banking Group in London and Kuwait.
She serves as Board Member of Oman Arab Bank, Board Member of Arab National Bank in Saudi Arabia, and Chairman of Al Arabia for Finance SAL in Lebanon. She is also the Chairman of Jordan Capital and Investment Fund Company, and holds board positions in several Jordan-based financial institutions.
Sadik holds a Master of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
