Since joining Citigroup as a graduate trainee in 2004, she has built more than two decades of international banking experience, holding leadership roles across Dublin, London, São Paulo, and the UAE.
Before becoming CEO, she led Citi’s Global Subsidiaries Group for the UAE, GCC, and Iraq.
Al Falasi also serves on the boards of AmCham Dubai and the Dubai International Chamber, supporting business and economic development.
