ANAX Developments Begins Construction on ELLE Residences Dubai Islands, Completion Set For Q4 2027

ANAX Developments, a Dubai-based real estate developer, has officially started construction on its flagship project, ELLE Residences Dubai Islands.

The development, which includes 91 apartments, seven townhouses on Dubai Islands, and offers a direct waterfront access, marks ELLE’s first residential development in the Middle East and its second globally, following its residential tower in Miami.

ELLE Residences is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027.

“The commencement of construction at ELLE Residences reflects our commitment to delivering on our promises. We are proud to see this project move into its next phase,” Satish Sanpal, founder and Chairman of ANAX Holding, said. “We strongly believe in the UAE and its future, which is why we will continue to invest and build in this country.”

The company said it appointed International Foundation Group, a UAE-based geotechnical and foundation engineering specialists, as the enabling works contractor for the project.

The announcement was made during a groundbreaking ceremony attended by company representatives, stakeholders, industry participants, and media.

At the same event, ANAX Developments also unveiled “ANAX 2.0,” which represents its next phase of growth in the UAE real estate market.
