Waleed Abdullah Al-Mogbel is the Managing Director and CEO of Al Rajhi Bank, serving as CEO since 2020 and Managing Director since 2022. He is also Chairman of Emkan Finance, Neoleap, Tanfeeth, and EJADA Systems, and a Board Member of Takaful Al Rajhi.

With more than 24 years of experience spanning banking, finance, auditing, taxation, and financial consulting, Al-Mogbel brings extensive expertise to one of the world’s largest Islamic banks. He holds a PhD in Auditing from Cardiff University, a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Southampton, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University.

Under his leadership, Al Rajhi Bank reported US$282.5 billion in assets and US$4.9 billion in net income in the first nine months of 2025. Since 2023, the bank has issued US$4.5 billion in sustainable sukuk to support renewable energy initiatives and social projects, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable finance and responsible growth.
