Firas Al Msaddi is the Founder and CEO of fäm Properties, Dubai’s largest and most technologically advanced real estate brokerage, which he established in 2009 after acquiring and transforming a bankrupt real estate company during the global financial crisis. Originally from Homs, Syria, he began his career in retail before entering real estate and has since grown fäm into a company of more than 900 professionals across 23 branches. He is also the CEO of Oratec and co-founder of DXBinteract, a government-backed proptech platform developed with the Dubai Land Department, as well as the author of the best-selling book The Art of Real Estate Investment: From Entry to Exit.
