Oraseya Capital Named UAE’s Most Active Investor for Two Consecutive Years; Ranks Third in MENA

Oraseya Capital, the investment arm of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), has been ranked the most active investor in the UAE by number of deals for the second consecutive year, according to MAGNiTT’s 2025 Most Active Investors report.
The firm also placed third across the MENA region.
The report confirmed that Oraseya Capital completed 25 investments in 2025, representing the highest number of transactions executed by a single investor in the UAE. The figure is up from 21 in 2024, marking a 19% year-on-year increase.
Across MENA, its ranking was driven by consistent deployment in technology-enabled business models. In 2025, its investments were largely concentrated in fintech and enterprise software, with five deals in each category.
