Dubai Holding has become the largest shareholder in Emaar Properties after acquiring a stake from the Investment Corporation of Dubai.

The global investment conglomerate purchased a 22.27% equity stake in Emaar Properties under the transaction, increasing its total ownership to 29.73%.

Emirates Power Investment LLC, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, now owns 22.27%, while EITL DIFC SPC 1 LTD holds 7.45%, according to the data from Dubai Financial Market.

On May 11, Emaar reported property sales of AED20.1 billion (US$ 5.5 billion) in Q1 2026, up 22% from AED16.5 billion (US$ 4.5 billion) from the previous year, despite the regional conflict.
