Innovation City Launches AI-Powered Business Registration Platform

Innovation City, Ras Al Khaimah’s technology-focused free zone, has partnered with Salesforce to deploy an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to automate parts of the company registration process.

The platform uses Salesforce’s Agentforce technology to deploy AI agents that can carry out defined registration tasks and workflows within established permissions and controls. According to the companies, the system can reduce company registration processes that previously took days or weeks to minutes, with human oversight used for cases requiring additional judgment or handling of complex exceptions.

Innovation City and Salesforce said they believe the implementation is the world’s first AI-powered company registration platform of its kind.

The system combines Salesforce’s AI capabilities with Innovation City’s digital infrastructure and is designed to automate registration and related business processes while maintaining governance, security and auditability requirements.

Agentforce allows AI agents to work with data, workflows and business logic to execute specified tasks. The implementation at Innovation City is intended to provide businesses with quicker access to registration and other services while operating within the free zone’s existing regulatory framework.

The partnership forms part of Innovation City’s broader use of AI and digital infrastructure for company formation and business services in Ras Al Khaimah.
