Development Holding Company (DHC) has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Massaleh Investment Company, marking a significant milestone in the Group’s long-term growth strategy and reinforcing its commitment to expanding its investment portfolio, strengthening operational businesses, and supporting Kuwait’s economic development.
The announcement was made during a press conference attended by representatives from leading media outlets, where company executives highlighted the transaction’s strategic importance and its role in advancing the Group’s future ambitions.
Talal Al Ajmi, Chief Executive Officer of Development Holding Company, said the acquisition reflects the Group’s confidence in Kuwait’s investment environment and aligns with its vision of building sustainable businesses that create long-term value.
