Foodics, a cloud-based restaurant management platform in the MENA region, has launched an initiative to support food and beverage operators in the UAE as the sector recovers from financial pressures and fluctuating demand.

The initiative, “Forward Together,” offers flexible payment terms for new and existing clients across the UAE, Egypt, Jordan, and other GCC markets.

Existing clients are also being given free access to digital ordering tools such as Foodics Online and self-ordering kiosks, to allow restaurants to take more orders digitally without additional costs.

The company is also providing complimentary access to its AI-powered analytics platform to support performance tracking and decision-making.

“At Foodics, we exist to help restaurants sustain growth. That mission is what drove us to build Forward Together. If we can play a role in keeping more doors open, then this is exactly where we need to show up,” Ahmad AlZaini, co-founder and CEO of Foodics, said.

Foodics is also offering discounted, tailored packages for new UAE customers, aiming to help reduce upfront technology costs and allow operators to select systems based on their needs.

The initiative will also roll out across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan and Kuwait.
