VivaTech, Europe’s largest startup and technology event, has announced the participation of Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon and Blue Origin, and founder and co-CEO of Prometheus, at the 10th edition of the event, set to take place from June 17-20 in Paris.

Bezos will share his views on innovation, entrepreneurship, and the future of humanity on the main stage of the VivaTech Theater.

Bezos founded Amazon in 1994 and currently serves as its executive chair. He is also the founder of Blue Origin, which is working toward relocating heavy industry off Earth to help preserve the planet.

In 2021, Bezos flew aboard Blue Origin’s New Shepard rocket above the Kármán line during the company’s first human spaceflight.

Bezos will speak on June 17 at the VivaTech Theater alongside Dave Limp, CEO of Blue Origin, in a session moderated by former NASA astronaut Mike Massimino.

In 2020, he launched the Bezos Earth Fund, a US$10 billion initiative supporting science-based solutions to protect and restore the natural world.

He also founded the Bezos Day One Fund, which supports homeless families and helps build a network of tuition-free preschools in underserved communities.

In 2025, Bezos co-founded Prometheus and became its Co-CEO, focusing on AI solutions for manufacturing and industrial systems.
