Innovation City, the AI-powered free zone in Ras Al Khaimah, and ENTA Mina, a residential development by ENTA, have announced a partnership that will allow buyers to receive a UAE trade license at the time of purchasing a home.
Under the agreement, purchasers of units at ENTA Mina will be issued an investor visa and a trade license covering more than 1,500 approved business activities, including sectors such as artificial intelligence, gaming, robotics, health tech and Web3.
The model is designed to combine residential ownership with immediate access to business setup services within Innovation City’s free zone ecosystem, eliminating the need for separate licensing applications after purchase.
The development, located on Hayat Island in Ras Al Khaimah, includes 120 residential units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, with sizes from 347 to 1,418 square feet. Prices start at about AED 950,000.
Amenities at ENTA Mina include co-working spaces, a waterfront promenade, fitness facilities with cold plunge pools and infrared saunas, a residents’ lounge, library, chef’s kitchen, and shared community work areas. The project also provides access to a co-working facility planned within the broader ENTA master development.
The companies said the initiative is aimed at entrepreneurs, founders and remote professionals seeking to operate businesses while residing in the UAE. The free zone framework includes 100% foreign ownership and no personal income tax, consistent with existing UAE regulations.
