Comera Finance, part of Comera Financial Holdings and Abu Dhabi’s Royal Group, has begun operations in the UAE as it builds a suite of financial services for eligible businesses and consumers.
Licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE, the company’s initial business offering includes term loans, merchant financing and deposit solutions for eligible businesses, intended to support their operational, liquidity, and growth requirements.
For individuals, Comera Finance will offer a range of lending services, with a focus on accessibility and responsible lending.

“Comera Finance represents an important step in building a broader financial services proposition in the UAE. Our focus is on developing solutions that remain relevant to the evolving needs of businesses and consumers, while maintaining responsible financing and transparency at the core of how we operate,” Akhtar Saeed Hashmi, Managing Director and Group CEO of Comera Financial Holdings, said.
The company said it would continue expanding its product range based on customer demand as it grows its presence in the UAE.
