UAE-born media platform YUNG has named Farah Kreidieh as its new Editor in Chief, as the independent title moves into its next growth phase.
Kreidieh joins from Marie Claire Arabia, where she also served as Editor in Chief. She brings more than two decades of experience across publishing, fashion, and luxury in the Middle East.
Kreidieh said she was drawn to lead “a homegrown, independent UAE title at a moment when the creative voice of this region has never felt more relevant globally.”
The appointment takes effect this September.
Founded in Dubai in 2022 by Sandra Yeghiazarian, YUNG has grown from a founder-led magazine into a wider media and creative platform spanning fashion, music, art, and culture, working with regional and international talent.
With Kreidieh taking on editorial leadership, Yeghiazarian will focus on the company’s broader growth, including new divisions, strategic partnerships, and expansion beyond publishing.
“Bringing someone of Farah’s caliber and experience into that vision feels like a defining moment in our growth,” said Yeghiazarian.
