New AI Longevity Research Lab Set to Open at Dubai Science Park

Dubai-based longevity clinic network Longevium is building a Longevity AI Research Laboratory at Dubai Science Park to develop technologies that predict health risks, measure biological aging, and support healthier lifespans.
The project follows the close of Longevium’s first investment round, which raised US$7 million to establish the research facility and support the development of longevity technologies, diagnostics, and clinical research programs. The facility is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
“Our mission is to make the world’s most advanced longevity innovations accessible to more people and help create a future in which healthy human lifespans of up to 200 years may become possible,” Dr. Ksenia Butova, founder and CEO of Longevium, said.
Rather than providing clinical services, the new facility will serve as a research and development hub focused on artificial intelligence, biomedical research, and clinical practice.
The laboratory will build on technologies already in use across Longevium’s three Dubai clinics, including Doctor Deep, an AI assistant for physicians, and a biological age assessment application.
Research at the facility will focus on AI-powered digital twins, regenerative medicine, tissue engineering, robotic diagnostics, wearable health technologies, and studies into the therapeutic applications of noble gases. The lab will also develop a biological age platform that combines laboratory biomarkers, ultrasound imaging, body composition analysis, and wearable device data to build the region’s reference AI model for biological age.
The research laboratory will build on Longevium’s network of clinics in Jumeirah 3, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Jumeirah Village Circle. According to the company, the network employs nearly 100 physicians and specialists, has treated more than 30,000 patients, and provides a clinical setting for long-term data collection, product development, and testing new approaches to preventive and longevity medicine.
Longevium said it is recruiting scientists and seeking partnerships with research institutions, clinical organizations, investors and technology companies working in longevity research, AI-enabled diagnostics, and preventive medicine.
