The international WOW!HR Global conference will take place from March 5–7, 2026, in Dubai, as a flagship event of the Megacampus Summit — positioned as one of the world’s largest gatherings for entrepreneurs.

On March 5 and 6, WOW!HR Global will host dedicated sessions on the sidelines of the summit at Coca-Cola Arena, bringing together HR leaders, business strategists, and innovators from across the globe.

The program will culminate on March 7 with full participation in the Megacampus Summit’s main-stage programming.

The three-day event will open on March 5 with keynote addresses from global thought leaders and business executives exploring the future of human capital in an AI-driven world. Discussions will focus on the restructuring of the global talent landscape, the evolving role of HR, and new models of people management.

Featured speakers on March 5 include:
