Cercli, a Dubai-based AI-native people platform for HR and recruitment, has launched Cera, an AI hiring agent and applicant tracking system (ATS), designed to automate parts of the recruitment process, including candidate evaluation, screening, and workflow management.
The system is integrated in Cercli’s existing HR and payroll platform, allowing companies to manage hiring and workforce operations within a single system.
The launch comes as hiring teams manage higher application volumes driven by remote recruitment, global hiring, and increased use of AI-generated applications, according to Cercli.
Cera automates functions including job description creation, CV screening, candidate ranking, interview scheduling, and feedback management. It also generates structured summaries of candidates’ experience and career history, including patterns such as role stability, career progression, and relevance to the position.
The platform also assigns compatibility scores to applicants to help prioritize candidates during screening.
Founded in the UAE in 2023, Cercli brings hiring, payroll, HR, and workforce management into a unified AI-native platform. The company said it plans to expand its AI capabilities and scale its platform to additional markets, including the United States and Europe.
