Seraj Faidi is CEO of Reem Finance PJSC, where he leads the company’s strategy, growth, and overall operations. Since joining Reem Finance in 2016, he has held several senior leadership roles before being appointed CEO. With more than 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, Faidi previously held executive positions at Arab Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and Mashreq Bank, with expertise spanning consumer, private, and SME banking. He holds an MBA in Global Banking and Finance from Geneva Business School in Switzerland, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and is also a certified trainer specializing in leadership, CSR, and Emiratization.
