Sheikh Hamdan Announces Dubai Future Week for November 2026, Bringing Together 10,000+ Leaders and Innovators

Dubai Future Week will take place from November 18-21, 2026, bringing together more than 10,000 participants to explore how advances in technology, science, business and society could shape everyday life in the decades ahead.

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), announced the four-day event on September 1.

Organized by Dubai Future Foundation, Dubai Future Week will take place across Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future under the theme “For the Human of the Future.”

“We want this annual event to become a defining milestone in shaping the future of humanity, and a distinctive global meeting point bringing together leaders, decision-makers, business leaders and entrepreneurs, alongside futurists, scientists and innovators from around the world,” Sheikh Hamdan said.

“In Dubai, future visions will meet the minds capable of turning them into reality, and emerging ideas will evolve into solutions that make a real and tangible difference in people’s lives,” he added.

The event is expected to attract more than 10,000 inventors, innovators, experts, investors, policymakers, entrepreneurs, technologists and specialists from around the world.

Its program will include keynote addresses, debates, fireside conversations, workshops, international challenges and competitions, idea pitches, exhibitions, immersive experiences, closed-door discussions, specialist sessions and public activations.

Rather than focusing solely on individual technologies or industries, Dubai Future Week will organize its discussions around five human-centered tracks: How We’ll Live, How We’ll Think, How We’ll Innovate, How We’ll Feel and How We’ll Do Business.

How We’ll Live will examine the future of housing, cities, mobility and longevity, alongside climate resilience, net-zero infrastructure, nature-based urban solutions, security, culture and identity.

How We’ll Think will focus on intelligence, education and knowledge in the age of AI, including the future of schools and universities, critical thinking, media literacy, cognitive enhancement and the skills future generations will need.

How We’ll Innovate will explore robotics, automation and emerging technologies, including quantum computing, synthetic biology, materials science and space technologies. It will also address questions around the governance, ownership and benefits of technological progress.

How We’ll Feel will look at health, wellbeing and human performance, covering areas including food and agriculture, longevity science, biotechnology, diagnostics, mental health, sport and the wellness economy.

How We’ll Do Business will examine the future of money, markets and investment, including decentralized economies, AI in business, startup ecosystems, regulation and evolving approaches to risk and value creation.

The broader program will span sectors including artificial intelligence, healthcare, education, fintech, logistics and infrastructure, mobility, robotics and automation, energy, climate and sustainability, sport, space, policy and regulation.

Dubai Future Week will also bring several existing Dubai Future Foundation platforms and initiatives under a broader umbrella. These include the Dubai Future Forum, Dubai AI Week, AI Grandmaster, Dubai Foresight Awards and Dubai Future Solutions – Prototypes for Humanity, alongside TED Talks.

The new event represents an expansion of DFF’s existing global events and initiatives, connecting communities working across foresight, technology, policy, investment and innovation.

“Dubai has always been, and will continue to be, at the forefront of designing, testing and bringing the future to life,” Sheikh Hamdan said. “We will continue to bring together the world’s brightest minds and most ambitious ideas to help build a brighter future for humanity.”
