The offering follows the inaugural retail T-Sukuk issuance and forms part of the Ministry of Finance’s efforts to broaden individual participation in UAE government investment instruments and develop domestic AED-denominated capital markets.

H.E. Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, said the second issuance builds on investor demand generated by the first offering and provides retail investors with digital channels to access government securities.
