Uniestate, a UAE-based real estate developer, is entering a new phase of growth as it expands into Abu Dhabi and advances projects in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

It has also introduced a flexible payment plan designed to support both end-users and investors.

“Our vast experience in the UAE has taught us the importance of balancing ambition with discipline. Today we’re seeing renewed confidence from buyers, brokers, and investors,” Ebrahim AlZaabi, CEO of Uniestate said. “Our response is simple: continue delivering projects, continue investing in growth, and continue creating ownership opportunities that make sense for today’s market. The UAE remains one of the most compelling real estate stories in the world, and we are excited about the role Uniestate continues to play.”

The real estate developer has recently expanded into Abu Dhabi through the acquisition of a prime development plot on Al Reem Island. Located opposite Nord Anglia International School within the Najmat, the 3,000-square-metre site will be developed into a premium residential community designed around modern family living and lifestyle-led amenities.

The acquisition is part of the company’s strategy to pursue development and joint venture opportunities across Abu Dhabi.

In Dubai, the Oasis Loft in Dubai Silicon Oasis is fully sold and scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter of 2026, while Carmel Residence in Jumeirah Village Circle has entered the market and is expected to be handed over later this summer.

In Ras Al Khaimah, the company continues to see strong momentum for Playa Viva on Al Marjan Island, a waterfront residential development located in one of the UAE’s fastest-growing tourism and investment destinations. Located near the upcoming Wynn resort, the project aims to attract interest from regional and international buyers.
