The Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, in collaboration with Oraseya Capital, the investment arm of Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), organized a pitching session connecting seven technology startups with potential investment opportunities.

The chamber brought the founders together with Oraseya Capital’s investment team and representatives of its SANDBOX Investment Program.

“We are focused on providing practical and effective pathways that enable technology startups to connect directly with potential investors and access capital and expertise that can support their growth and expansion,” Saeed Al Gergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, said.

The participating startups were Arakan, Duno, YOUNEA, Riayatech, Avelin, SENSI and Cogniver, operating across business compliance, lending intelligence, artificial intelligence, health technology, digital scent and enterprise automation.

During the session, the startups presented their business models, products, and plans for growth and expansion, and received feedback on the fund’s evaluation and investment requirements.

Several participating companies advanced to the next stage of Oraseya Capital’s evaluation process, according to Dubai Chambers.

“We believe startup funding delivers greater impact when combined with expertise, guidance, and access to an investment ecosystem that supports business growth,” Julien Plouzeau, Senior Partner at Oraseya Capital, said.

Oraseya Capital manages an AED500 million fund for technology startups from pre-seed to Series B. Its SANDBOX Investment Program offers potential investments of AED550,000 to AED11 million, alongside mentorship and investment-readiness support.
