Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy Supports Market Launch of 32 New Mobile Apps

Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, one of the three chambers operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, has supported the launch of 32 new mobile applications through the Create Apps Accelerator Programme.
Part of the Create Apps Championship ecosystem under the “Create Apps in Dubai” initiative, the program is a 45-day tech sprint designed to help high-potential startups transform their app ideas into launch-ready products for iOS and Android.
This year’s cohort included participants from 22 countries across 13 sectors, with applications spanning education, healthcare and longevity, fintech, artificial intelligence, social media and real estate. The program attracted founders from countries such as the UAE, Egypt, India, Yemen, and Jordan.
According to the chamber, 60% of the apps developed through the program use artificial intelligence (AI).
“The Create Apps Accelerator Programme reflects Dubai’s strong commitment to supporting innovation and entrepreneurship within the digital startup ecosystem. By providing a clear pathway for promising entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey, the program ensures that all high-potential ideas are given the opportunity to develop,” Saeed AlGergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, said.
“The launch of the 32 apps reflects the impact of these efforts in enriching Dubai’s business ecosystem across advanced technology sectors and contributes to strengthening Dubai’s position as a global capital of the digital economy and a hub for empowering talented entrepreneurs from around the world,” he added.
Participants in the program received more than 170 hours of one-on-one mentoring, along with six specialized workshops covering topics such as UI and UX design, product positioning, compliance, and app scaling. This compares with 140 hours of mentoring provided to 24 teams in the previous cycle.
The Create Apps Accelerator Programme supports participants who did not reach the final stage of the Create Apps Championship.
