The Global Games Show and the Global Blockchain Show will return to Riyadh on June 29-30, 2026, bringing together developers, gamers, blockchain builders, investors, entrepreneurs, and technology leaders to discuss developments across gaming, Web3, and digital technologies.
Organized by VAP Group and powered by Times Of Games and Times Of Blockchain, respectively, the events are expected to attract more than 10,000 attendees through a program of keynote sessions, panel discussions, demonstrations, networking opportunities, and workshops.
This year’s events will examine the growing role of decentralized technologies within the gaming industry, including blockchain-based ownership of digital assets, Web3 gaming, and player-driven digital economies.
Sessions will explore how blockchain technology is being used to enable players to own and transfer in-game assets across platforms, while examining the broader implications of digital ownership within interactive entertainment.
Featured speakers include Charity Joy, CEO of Mirai; Johnson Yeh, founder and CEO of Ambrus Studio; and Paul Pacifico, CEO of the Saudi Music Commission at the Ministry of Culture, who will discuss developments in gaming, content creation, and digital entertainment.

The Global Games Show will also place a focus on mobile gaming and esports, highlighting the continued growth of competitive mobile gaming and its role within the wider esports ecosystem.
According to the organizers, the event will provide opportunities for developers, publishers, creators, investors, and players to exchange ideas on the future of gaming technologies, industry business models, and community development.

Additional sessions will feature gaming content creator Xzit Thamer, Gaming Content Creator and PlayStation Playmaker, alongside Josh Woongki Ahn, COO of T1 Entertainment & Sports, discussing topics including content creation, esports careers, and opportunities within the gaming industry.
