Held in strategic partnership with the Dubai Land Department, the event is expected to attract more than 30,000 global participants and over 300 exhibitors representing the real estate value chain, including developers, institutional investors, brokers, architects, and innovation operators.
Azizi Properties, Binghatti, Danube, Fakhruddin Properties, SanZen, and Union Properties are among the developers participating in this year’s exhibition, showcasing residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments across Dubai.

IPS 2026 will provide access to development portfolios, project pipelines, and investment opportunities across residential, hospitality, smart city infrastructure, and commercial real estate.
The exhibition will be structured around five areas: Real Estate, Future Cities, Startups and Proptech, Design, and Services. Conferences will cover institutional capital flows, regulatory frameworks and real estate market performance, while dedicated deal-making platforms will connect investors with developers. Proptech zones will also showcase emerging technologies related to property transactions and asset management.
The event will be co-located with AIM Congress, one of the world’s leading investment platform, connecting real estate participants with wider institutional investment, technology, and cross-border capital networks.
The 2025 edition attracted 30,719 visitors from 153 countries and recorded more than US$500 million in transactions and deals.
