Soufie Jnidee is the Founder and CEO of Golden Oak Properties, a Dubai-based real estate agency specializing in off-plan properties, portfolio investment, and risk assessment. With more than 15 years of experience in the UAE real estate investment industry and six years leading Golden Oak Properties, Jnidee has built her career around delivering real estate strategies, market research, and portfolio management solutions for investors. 

Before establishing Golden Oak Properties in 2020, Jnidee gained experience across various areas of real estate investment and advisory. She previously held roles including Senior Portfolio Manager at Omni Realty Group, Property Management Specialist, and Unique Properties Broker. Today, she focuses on identifying investment opportunities and applying her expertise in direct marketing, management, and portfolio strategy to support asset acquisition and growth for clients across diverse markets. 

A master’s degree holder in Business Administration and Management from Damascus University, Jnidee combines her academic background with practical experience in Dubai’s real estate sector, working with international investors and family offices. Her background in risk management has shaped her approach to property advisory, where she evaluates market conditions, investment risks, and strategies aligned with clients’ financial goals.

Jnidee has developed particular expertise in off-plan projects. Throughout her career, she has managed investor portfolios involving properties in key Dubai locations, including Bluewaters Island, Palm Jumeirah, and Downtown Dubai. Selected properties acquired through her investment strategies have achieved appreciation of more than 200%. 

She has also been featured by leading UAE developers and real estate groups, including Emaar Properties, DAMAC Properties, and Dubai Holding, and has been recognized by the Dubai Land Department, the government entity responsible for regulating and overseeing Dubai’s real estate sector.

As the founder of Golden Oak Properties, Jnidee leads the company’s services across investment portfolios, property acquisition, property flipping, return-on-equity strategies, and asset management. The company works with clients seeking opportunities in Dubai’s real estate market, providing guidance on residential and commercial assets, bulk transactions, and investment planning. 

Under her leadership, Golden Oak Properties has positioned itself as a Dubai-based agency specializing in luxury and off-plan properties, investment consultancy, and real estate portfolio planning. In 2024, the company announced plans for international expansion into Africa, Europe, and India, following its growth in Dubai’s property sector.
