Specialising in premium and luxury freehold properties across the UAE, the company has built a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, with a portfolio spanning multiple sectors within the real estate industry.

Under his leadership, the company has developed high-end properties in prime locations such as Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, and Jumeirah Golf Estates. Kumar is currently spearheading an ambitious 1.6 million square foot expansion project involving luxury residential towers across key areas in Dubai, with completion targeted for 2027—further contributing to the city’s evolving skyline.
