UAE-based conglomerate Al Habtoor Group has reached the highest structural point of Al Habtoor Tower at 86 floors, with the project now entering its final construction phase.
Located in Al Habtoor City on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, the project is set to become the world’s largest residential building.
The tower includes 1,740 residential units, with Al Habtoor Group confirming phased handovers will begin this summer this year, starting with more than 1,300 apartments.
“The UAE, and Dubai in particular, offer a level of stability, security, and economic strength that few markets can match. This is why we continue to invest and expand our developments here with full confidence in the future,” Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, Founding Chairman of Al Habtoor Group, said. “Very soon, more than a thousand families will call Al Habtoor Tower their home.”
As the construction enters its final stages, work is now focused on façade completion, interior finishes and amenities. Residents will have access to three luxury hotels, La Perle theatre, dining and retail outlets, and a medical clinic.
