Yogesh Bulchandani is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Capital, a Dubai-based developer redefining modern living standards through boutique luxury projects.

Originally from Mumbai, India, Bulchandani comes from a family with a long-standing background in real estate investment. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Business from Bentley University, building a strong academic foundation before entering the property sector.

After relocating to the UAE, he gained valuable insight into the local real estate market and identified a gap for high-quality luxury developments that remained accessible. In 2017, he established Sunrise Capital with a clear vision: to create homes that combine aspirational design with long-term value, offering residents exceptional living experiences. Since then, the company has emerged as a dynamic player in Dubai’s luxury real estate sector, recognised for innovation, thoughtful design, and craftsmanship.
